What Lumyra processes
Lumyra processes questions, photos and PDF documents you choose to submit so it can explain them and suggest next actions. Signed-in users may save a preferred interaction name, analysis results, original files, Life Radar dates, Persistent PA tasks, medication schedules and dose records, doctor, pharmacy or hospital contacts, Events dates, preserved dated Family Brain items, remembered physical-item locations, inspection or incident evidence, an Emergency Envelope, a Trusted Person plan and tester feedback they deliberately submit.
How information is used
Information is used only to provide the requested Lumyra functions, maintain your private workspace, improve reliability and prevent abuse. Privacy-safe product analytics record screen or workflow names, action type, success or failure, route, app version, a pseudonymous signed-in identifier, a random session identifier, broad device category and platform, duration and high-level error category. New analytics events do not store your plain email address. They do not record questions, document contents, filenames, form text, uploaded images, precise location, contact details, medical details, financial details or IP addresses. You can switch product analytics off in Global Settings. Life Radar suggestions are not tracked until you choose to track them. Emergency Mode shows only fields you approve. A Trusted Person plan is never sent or unlocked automatically. We do not sell personal information.
Tester feedback
Feedback records the category, selected screen, description you enter and basic QA context such as viewport size, language, time zone, browser family, operating system and app version. A screenshot is optional and is stored privately only after you confirm that you checked it for sensitive information.
Storage and deletion
Saved results, files, preferred names, tracked dates, tasks, item locations, operational evidence, emergency information, medication information, product analytics and tester feedback remain connected to your signed-in profile until you delete them. Analytics older than 180 days are automatically removed. Optional offline emergency data is stored only on the device where you explicitly enable it and can be removed by switching that option off. You can export your account data or permanently delete it from the account controls.
AI limitations
Documents and Scam Shield submissions may be processed by an AI service. Check extracted dates against the original document. Scam Shield cannot guarantee that a message or offer is genuine. Do not rely on Lumyra as a substitute for qualified legal, medical or financial advice. Avoid submitting information you do not have permission to process.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. South African users may also exercise their rights under POPIA.
